1. Confidentiality
You agree not to share, copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Harmony & Balance Engine™ platform, including its features, structure, scoring logic, or content, to any third party.
2. No Public Posting
You agree not to post screenshots, descriptions, reviews, or explanations of the Harmony & Balance Engine™ on social media, public forums, or any other public platform during or after the beta period.
3. Non-Clinical Nature
The Harmony & Balance Engine™ is a wellness and lifestyle alignment tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
4. HIPAA-Aligned Privacy
Your personal data and wellness information are protected under HIPAA-aligned privacy practices. Your dashboard is accessible only through secure, authenticated login. Data is never shared with third parties without your consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, structure, algorithms, and logic within the Harmony & Balance Engine™ are the exclusive intellectual property of LifeTurner Coaching and AntFarm Wellness, LLC. The platform is not open-source and may not be reproduced or reverse-engineered.
6. Beta Access Terms
Beta access is granted at the sole discretion of LifeTurner Coaching and may be revoked at any time without notice. Participation in the beta program does not guarantee continued access or a paid subscription.
7. Feedback
You may be asked to provide feedback on your experience. Any feedback you submit becomes the property of LifeTurner Coaching and may be used to improve the platform without compensation to you.
8. No Warranty
The Harmony & Balance Engine™ beta is provided as-is. LifeTurner Coaching makes no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose during the beta period.
9. Limitation of Liability
LifeTurner Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Harmony & Balance Engine™ beta.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Baltimore City, Maryland.
11. Modifications
LifeTurner Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the beta program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Acceptance
By submitting your name and email below and checking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Beta Tester Agreement.
